ABOUT ME
I have over 20 years’ experience in Media and Marketing, running my own business area within a commercial department and working with international and UK clients.
I am an MA-level educated linguist with Translation, Transcreation, Content Editing and Proofreading capabilities, specialising in Business Support.
I am also a qualified Project Management Practitioner and a Certified Coach.
Having had the opportunity to take a ‘ME-ternity’ (a study-travel-family focused break), I understand more than ever the importance of being able to recreate life, handling change, finding your balance, setting and achieving goals both in life and work.
Blending a long-standing passion for communication and helping people, with my interest in people development and my extensive professional experience, I want to assist others to free up time and clear minds.

COACHING IS
the process where the coach supports you in achieving your personal or professional goals. The coach is not giving you the answers but will assist you finding clarification and your own answer to your problems; an ability to bridge the gap between your ‘here and now’ and where you would like to be, moving forward towards understanding and achieving your specific personal and professional goals.
Business Coaching is future-orientated aimed at assisting the business owner, defining the vision of the business and how it fits with personal values and goals.
Professional coaching fosters individual performance in a business context, can help leaders finding their path and employee career development. Coaching can both help business owner and management setting the business strategy, defining goals and prioritise strategies needed. Likewise coaching can help bringing the business together in reaching its shared goals.
The coach will not give you the answers, but through questions and structure can assist you finding your way forward.
Whilst therapy focuses more on finding reasons in the (potentially distant) past, coaching is solutions-focused for the future. Depending on your specific situation, there may be conversations looking at your past story, but be aware that will be to assist you to find your way to transform your story for the future.
All you need is to be open to learn and develop. There will be smaller tasks between sessions which, for the process to work, you will have to approach openly, as they are part of you creating self-awareness to help you achieve clarification and goals.

Method: Online (Digital or Mobile Coaching), Wifi Calling, Skype, Email, WhatsApp.
Sessions last between 30-60 minutes.
How many sessions, and how often, depends on your specific situation.
Prior to our first session, we will have an obligatory 30-minute pre-coaching session which is free. This session will determine your situation and ensure we both feel we can work together.
Fees on request:
1x Individual 30-minute coaching session.
Individual Business Life Coaching package: 3x 30-minute sessions.
Individual Business Life Coaching package: 5x 30-minute sessions.
100% Confidential.
TERMS
Business Support Prepayment subject to agreement.
Coaching Prepayment required 48 hours prior to each session or prior to the first session of a package.
Cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to your booked session or business services.
A cancelled or missed session with less than 48 hours’ notice will be non-refundable and charged in full.
